Machine retrofit and upgrade

Pneumatic Control Components for Machine Retrofit Projects

If you are upgrading existing equipment, send the installed regulator or sensor model, working parameters and how many machines are involved. JCK Tech coordinates NNT selection for sample testing before a larger change.

Typical retrofit path

Review the installed part before changing a line of machines

A model name is only the starting point. Electrical, mechanical and operating conditions still need to be checked.

1

Identify the installed component

Share the current brand, model number and a clear nameplate photo.

2

Confirm working parameters

Pressure range, input signal, power supply, port size and machine application.

3

Test one machine first

Use a sample or a single-machine quantity before repeating the upgrade.

Components often reviewed

Start with pressure control, then sensors if needed

NITV regulators

Electro-pneumatic pressure control for replacement and upgrade projects.

NISE pressure sensors

Pressure monitoring when the installed switch or sensor also needs review.

Valve terminals

Project supply after the control and installation requirements are clear.

Retrofit Selection Request

Include the number of machines if this is a multi-unit upgrade.

Optional. Maximum 10 MB.
